John brings a unique blend of tech and training, financial analysis and facilitation, coaching and care to your business and personal challenges.

John spent 12 years in software development and project management where he led teams to build lasting solutions still in use today by thousands of Automotive Dealerships.

He transitioned to meeting facilitation/moderation in 2011 working with amazing Automotive Dealership leaders to identify opportunities, unearth best practices, and encourage improvement through objective setting and accountability.

In 2023 he became aware of the concept of a Business Operating System (BOS) and began implementing the most modern, flexible BOS into Automotive Dealerships in 2024 powered by Ninety with great success.  John has worked to earn his BOS-UP Coaching Certification to assist your business with the concepts, tools, and disciplines necessary to win and achieve your goals.

Fueled by a desire to assist you in your business and personal growth journey, John became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Leader including Maxwell DISC Assessment in 2025.  The combination of Leadership Growth focus from Maxwell Leadership, Business Optimization from BOS-UP powered by Ninety, and a passion for Serving Others led John to found Cor924 to empower Businesses and Individuals WIN their Races.
